Cílem diplomové práce je analýza a komparace unijní a vnitrostátní úpravy týkající se transplantací orgánů a tkání, včetně vyhodnocení jejich vztahu k obchodování s lidskými orgány a tkáněmi. The aim of this diploma thesis is the analysis and comparison of EU and national legislation relating organ transplantations, including the evaluation of their relation to the trafficking of human organs and tissues.
