Abstract:
The main goal of this Masters thesis is to provide a complete analysis and design of the Customer Relationship Management System, with use of complete set of UML diagrams, design patterns and advanced procedures and methods of object-oriented analysis and design.
Abstract:
Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je kompletná analýza a návrh Systému zákazníckej podpory za použitia kompletnej sady UML diagramov, návrhových vzorov a pokročilejších postupov a metód objektovo orientovanej analýzy a návrhu informačných systémov.
