Abstract:

Disertační práce "Vliv organizací destinačního managementu na rozvoj podnikatelských aktivit v regionu" se zaměřuje na aktivity organizací destinačního managementu a jejich interakci s podniky služeb cestovního ruchu v destinaci. Vztahy mezi organizacemi destinačního managementu a podniky v destinaci jsou v práci vnímány jako forma spolupráce a proto je právě spolupráce hlavním tématem výzkumů v této práci. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvořit model, který bude nápomocný při určování a pochopení vlivu činnosti organizace destinačního managementu na stakeholdery (zainteresované subjekty, zúčastněné subjekty) v destinaci, resp. na udržení a rozvoj aktivit podniků služeb cestovního ruchu. Téma destinačního managementu a spolupráce v cestovním ruchu je uvedeno teoretickým rámcem, který vysvětluje složitost destinace cestovního ruchu, specifika destinačního managementu, jeho historický vývoj a využití spolupráce při jeho aplikaci. Teoretická východiska vysvětlují aspekty řízení v oblasti cestovního ruchu a zaměřují se na možnosti jeho zkoumání a zachycení jeho vlivu na jednotlivé subjekty v destinaci. Praktická část shrnuje a analyzuje výsledky primárních kvalitativních a kvantitativních výzkumů. Výsledky analýz slouží k hodnocení současného stavu destinačního managementu v podmínkách České republiky. Provedená dotazníková šetření a rozhovory s experty se zaměřovaly na popis vztahů mezi organizacemi destinačního managementu a dalšími subjekty v destinacích. Za ztěžejní bod disertační práce autor považuje využití nových metod pro deskripci sociálních vazeb v destinaci a inovativní přístup k modelu destinace s využitím systémového myšlení ve zpětnovazebních smyčkách. Výsledky analýz jsou zapracovány do zpětnovazebního modelu destinace, který demonstruje význam organizací destinačního managementu pro destinace a podniky zde působící. Model demonstruje přesah organizací destinačního managementu do různých úrovní podnikatelského prostředí v destinaci. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumů. Ze závěrů práce plynou doporučení pro praktickou aplikaci destinačního managementu na různých úrovních řízení rozvoje cestovního ruchu v České republice. Jsou představeny přínosy práce pro oblast vědy a výzkumu, pedagogiky a praxe. Práce nabízí možnosti pro další výzkumy v této oblasti na úrovni národní i regionální.

Abstract:

The dissertation thesis "Influence of Destination Management Organizations on the Development of Business Activities in the Region" focuses on the activities of DMOs and their interactions with the tourism service enterprises in the destination. Relationships between destination management organizations and businesses in the destination are perceived at work as a form of cooperation, and therefore cooperation is the main topic of research in this work. The main objective of the thesis is to create a model that will help in determining and understanding the influence of the the destination management organization on the stakeholders in the destination; to maintain and develop the activities of business tourism enterprises. The topic of destination management and cooperation in tourism is presented in a theoretical framework, which explains the complexity of the tourism destination, the specifics of the destination management, its historical development and the use of cooperation in its application. The theoretical background explains the aspects of tourism management and focuses on the possibilities of exploring it and capturing its impact on individual subjects in the destination. The practical part summarizes and analyzes the results of primary qualitative and quantitative research. The results of the analyzes serve to evaluate the current state of destination management in the conditions of the Czech Rep. The questionnaire surveys and interviews with experts focused on the description of relations between destination management organizations and other entities in destinations. The author of the dissertation thesis considers the use of new methods for describing social relations in the destination and an innovative approach to the destination model using system thinking in feedback loops. The results of the analyzes are incorporated into the destination feedback model, which demonstrates the importance of destination management organizations for destinations and businesses operating here. The model demonstrates the overrun of destination management organizations to different levels of business environment in the destination. In conclusion, the results of the research are summarized. The conclusions of the thesis follow recommendations for practical application of destination management at various levels of tourism development management in the Czech Rep. The benefits of work in the field of science and research, pedagogy and practice are presented. The work offers opportunities for further research in this area at both national and regional level.
