Abstract:

Kvalifikační práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem problematiky talent managementu v souvislosti s procesy v oblasti náboru, rozvoji a udržení talentovaných jedinců ve výrobním podniku. Cílem práce je přispět k teoretickému porozumění termínu talent managementu, analyzovat nástroje hodnocení a jejich použití v aplikační praxi a příslušném oboru ve výrobním podniku a objasnit přínosy talent managementu a očekávání v souladu s trendy ve výrobní sféře. Praktická část diplomové práce cílí na konkrétní analýzu využití nástrojů hodnocení talent managementu a jeho přínosu pro výrobní podnik. Stav talent managementu v podniku byl analyzován na základě interních materiálů podniku XY,s.r.o, dotazníkového šetření a expertních rozhovorů a byla provedena komparativní analýza zjištěných skutečností s výsledky externího dotazníkového šetření provedeného u vzorku pracovníků jiných podniků. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak je v podniku XY, s.r.o. realizován talent management, jaké jsou využívány nástroje hodnocení vzdělávání a zda je program přínosný. Výsledky šetření přináší odpovědi na stanovené výzkumné otázky. Analýzou bylo zjištěno, že se podniky na talent management zaměřují, nevyužívají ovšem všechny dostupné možnosti a vhodné techniky, avšak usilují o zlepšení procesů, k čemuž jsou využívány různé techniky hodnocení a zkoušejí se praktikovat nové metody tak, aby byl přínos značný nejen pro podnik, ale i pro zaměstnance.

Abstract:

The qualification thesis deals with the current topic of talent management in connection with the processes in the field of recruitment, development and retention of talented individuals in a manufacturing company. The aim of the thesis is to contribute to the theoretical understanding of the term talent management, to analyze evaluation tools and their use in application practice and the relevant field in the manufacturing company and to clarify the benefits of talent management and expectations in line with trends in manufacturing. The practical part of the thesis aims at a specific analysis of the use of talent management assessment tools and its benefits for the manufacturing company. The state of talent management in the company was analyzed on the basis of internal materials of the company XY, s.r.o, questionnaire survey and expert interviews and a comparative analysis of the findings was performed with the results of an external questionnaire survey conducted on a sample of employees of other companies. The aim was to find out how XY, s.r.o. implemented talent management, what educational evaluation tools are used and whether the program is beneficial. The results of the survey provide answers to established research questions. The analysis showed that companies focus on talent management, but do not use all available options and appropriate techniques, but seek to improve processes, using various evaluation techniques and try to practice new methods so that the benefits are not only significant for the company, but also for employees.
