Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem cen bytů ve vybraných krajích České republiky nejdříve pomocí makroekonomických ukazatelů a poté pomocí regionálních ukazatelů. Cílem práce je analyzovat vztah mezi vybranými makroekonomickými a regionálními ukazateli a dílčím cílem práce je zhodnotit investiční možnosti do bytů ve vybraných krajích.
