Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na environmentální aspekt udržitelnosti v oddělení Food and Beverage (F&B) v hotelové síti CPI Hotels v Praze. This bachelor thesis focuses on the environmental aspect of sustainability in the Food and Beverage (F&B) department of the CPI Hotels chain in Prague.
