Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce je zaměřeno na klima školní třídy na 1. stupni základních škol. Teoretická část vymezuje témata jako jsou školní třídy, kolektivy, které jsou ve škole utvářeny a pozice a rozdělení rolí, jenž ve třídě můžeme nalézt. Dalším tématem je klima školy, prostředí a atmosféra školy. Hlavním tématem je klima školní třídy, prostředí a atmosféra ve třídě, spolutvůrci třídního klimatu a faktory, které klima školní třídy ovlivňují. A zaměřuje se hlavně na klima školní třídy, které je hlavním tématem výzkumu. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaké klima je na základních školách ve Frýdku-Místku, zda jejich aktuální klima je slučitelné s jejich preferovaným klimatem, tedy takovým, jaký by si oni sami přáli mít. Zjistit, zda se ve školách objevují hádky mezi žáky a jak tyto hádky řeší vyučující. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že klima 1. stupni základních škol ve Frýdku-Místku není takové, jaké by si ho žáci přáli, žáci by chtěli zmenšit počet hádek ve třídě a zlepšit vztahy ve třídě, ve třídě se objevují hádky a vyučující tyto situace řeší komunikací.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is focused on the classroom climate at the first grade of elementary schools in Frýdek-Místek. The theoretical part defines topics such as school classes, collectives that are formed at school and positions and distribution of roles, but we can find them in the classroom. Another topic is the school climate, the division of the type of school climate, the environment and atmosphere of the school. The main topic is the climate of the school classroom, the environment and atmosphere in the classroom, the co-creators of the classroom climate and the factors that influence the climate of the school classroom. And it focuses on the climate of the school classroom, which is the main topic of the research. The main goal of the work is to find out what the climate is like in primary schools in Frýdek-Místek, whether their current climate is compatible with their preferred climate, it is the one they themselves would like to have. To find out whether there are arguments between pupils in schools and how teachers resolve these arguments. The research shows that the climate of the first grade of elementary schools in Frýdek-Místek is not what the pupils would like, the pupils would like to reduce the number of arguments in the class and improve relations in the class, arguments do occur in the class and the teachers solve these situations through communication.
