The Project Implementation of Financial Performance Evaluation of Agrotec, a.s. Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení finanční výkonnosti společnosti AGROTEC, a. s. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývala literární rešerší měření a hodnocení výkonnosti podle klasických a moderních měřítek. Praktická část obsahovala analýzu finanční pozice společnosti a zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti. Na základě provedených analýz byl vypracován projekt implementace vhodných měřítek finanční výkonnosti společnosti. Výsledky této práce umožňují identifikovat generátory hodnoty společnosti a zvýšit její hodnotu. V závěru práce byly uvedeny přínosy a rizika plynoucí z implementace projektu.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on evaluating the financial performance of the company AGROTEC, a. s. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The teoretical part dealt with literature review of performance measurement and evaluation by traditional and modern standards. The practical part consisted of an analysis of the financial position of the company and assessment of financial performance. Based on the analyses, the project for the implementation of appropriate measures of financial performance of the company was elaborated. The results of this study allow to identify generators of the value of the company and increase its value. In conclusion, the benefits and the risks resulting from the implementation of the project were introduced.
