V diplomové práci byla studována problematika vyhodnocení motivační soutěže Majka ve společnosti Kooperativa, a.s. VIG. Oficiální výsledky soutěže nezohledňují potenciál jednotlivých agentur. Proto byla navržena různá hlediska, která je možno brát v potaz při vyhodnocení soutěže, a navržen způsob vyhodnocení motivační soutěže Majka dle těchto hledisek. Abstract:
In this thesis, the problem of evaluating motivational competition Majka in Kooperativa, as VIG was studied. Official competition results do not reflect the potential of individual agencies. Therefore, various aspects were suggested that can be taken into account when the competition is evaluated.
