Teacher and his role in pre-school education.

Abstract:

Práce "Muž učitel a jeho role v předškolním vzdělávání" zkoumá pocity a roli muže jakožto pedagoga v předškolním vzdělávání. Výzkumného procesu se zúčastnilo celkem sedm respondentů, z nichž se do bakalářské práce bylo vybráno pouze šest z důvodu jejich kvality. Díky získaným výsledkům můžeme zjistit, jak se muži cítí ve svém povolání, ale zároveň jak je vnímá jejich okolí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První je teoretická, kde se snažíme nastínit povolání učitele, předškolní výchovu a gender. V druhé části, tedy empirické je popsán samotný výzkum.

Abstract:

Title of this bachelor thesis is "Teacher and his role in pre-school education. Aim of this thesis is to explore feeling and behavior of men as pedagogue in pre-school education. Seven respondents have been part of the research process and only six of them were selected for the bachelor thesis, because of their quality level. From obtained results, we are able to evaluate how men feel in the profession and how their surroundings perceive them. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first is theoretical, where we try to outline the profession of teacher, preschool education and gender. The second part, empirical, describes the research.
