Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá klimatem třídy a jeho vývojem. Teoretická část objasňuje pojmy klima třídy, atmosféru, prostředí. Zaměřuje se na školní třídu, strukturu třídy. Dále zmiňuje učitele, důležitého zdroje vývoje klimatu třídy, jeho styly vedení a typy třídního prostředí. Poslední kapitoly pojednávají o lidském jedinci v období pubescence a o socializaci. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the climate in the class and its development. The theoretical part explains the concepts of class climate, atmosphere, environment. It focuses on the classroom, class structure. Also mentions a teacher, an important source of development class climate, the management styles and types of class environment.
