Abstract:
Cílem mé práce je stručný výklad problematiky mezinárodní investiční arbitráže. Mezinárodní investiční arbitráž vzniká na základě sporů z investic. Po krátkém vysvětlení co je investice jako taková a co jsou spory z investic, jak vznikají, jsem se zaměřila na možnosti řešení.
