Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá založením společnosti s ručením omezeným, speciálně pak porovnáním založení podle staré a nové právní úpravy. Kromě základních informací o daném tématu obsahuje také stručné informace o založení této právní formy v dalších zemích. Rozsah práce je 36 stran.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s work thesis deals with the establishment of a Limited Liability Company, especially the comparison of the old and new legislation. This works contains basic information about this theme and brief information about establishment of this legal form in other countries. The range of the work is 36 pages.
