Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku modelů oceňování akcií s aplikací na české prostředí. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké jsou nejvhodnější modely pro oceňování akcií v českém prostředí, jaký je vliv různých faktorů na ceny akcií na českém trhu a jaké jsou nejčastější chyby v používání těchto modelů. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se oceňování akcií, vysvětleny jednotlivé metody oceňování a uvedeny jejich výhody a nevýhody. Dále jsou popsány specifika českého trhu a možnosti aplikace jednotlivých modelů na tuto oblast. V praktické části práce jsou na základě reálných dat provedeny analýzy a srovnání jednotlivých modelů oceňování akcií na českém trhu. Pomocí modelů Gordonova modelu, modelu P/E ratio, modelu DCF a modelu FCFE je vypočítána konkrétní vnitřní hodnota akcie, která je následně porovnána s tržní hodnotou akcie. Dle porovnání je poté rozhodnuto, zda je akcie podhodnocená či nadhodnocená. Pomocí Gordonova modelu a modelu P/E ratio bylo zjištěno, že je akcie nadhodnocená a doporučuje se tedy její nákup. Díky modelu DCF a FCFE naopak bylo vypočteno, že je akcie podhodnocená a její nákup v tomto případě není doporučen. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a doporučení pro investory, kteří chtějí vstoupit na český trh s akciemi. Práce je určena pro studenty, investory a odbornou veřejnost, kteří se zajímají o problematiku oceňování akcií a chtějí lépe porozumět českému trhu s akciemi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of stock valuation models with application to the Czech environment. The aim of the thesis is to find out what are the most suitable models for stock valuation in the Czech environment, what is the influence of various factors on stock prices on the Czech market and what are the most common mistakes in the use of these models. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic concepts related to related to stock valuation, explains the different valuation methods and presents their advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, the specifics of the Czech market and the possibilities of applying individual models to this area are described. In the practical part of the thesis, analyses and comparisons of individual stock valuation models on the Czech market are made on the basis of real data. Using the Gordon model, the P/E ratio model, the DCF model and the FCFE model, the specific intrinsic value of a share is calculated and then compared with the market value of the share. According to the comparison, it is then decided whether the share is undervalued or overvalued. Using the Gordon model and the P/E ratio model, it is determined that the stock is overvalued and therefore a purchase is recommended. Conversely, using the DCF and FCFE model, it was calculated that the stock is undervalued and buying it is not recommended in this case. The paper concludes with a summary of the results and recommendations for investors wishing to enter the Czech stock market. The thesis is intended for students, investors and professionals who are interested in stock valuation issues and want to better understand the Czech stock market.
