Diplomová práce se zabývá možností ochrany zeměpisných označení pro nezemědělské výrobky dle mezinárodních smluv a v Evropské unii. Práce nejprve vymezuje historické koncepty, z nichž ochrana zeměpisných označení vychází. The thesis examines the possibility of protecting geographical indications for non-agricultural products under international treaties and in the European Union.
