Methodology of Testing Printed 3D Structures

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská se zabývá možnostmi tisku materiálů pro 3D tiskárny. V dané problematice byly analyzovány metody tisku na tiskárně FFF/FDM. V práci jsou dále popsány základní materiály pro tyto tiskárny a jejich doporučené teploty. Práce následně zkoumá pevnost materiálů ABS-T, PC Blend, PLA a PET-G a vliv změny vzoru a hustoty různých výplní. V práci jsou popsány i mechanické zkoušky kterými se vyhodnocují jednotlivé vlastnosti materiálů, při čemž hlavním nástrojem byla zvolena zkouška v tahu.

Abstract:

The bachelor theses presents options of printing materials for 3D printers. In givenproblematics, printing with FFF/FDM type of printers were analysed. As next are describedprimary materials for these types of printers and their recommended temperatures. This studyexamines the strength of ABS-T, PC Blend, PLA and PET-G and the influence of alternationon their pattern and density of infills. In bachelor theses are described multiple mechanical tests,which evaluates individual properties of materials, whereas the main tool was selected tensiontest.
