Analysis of the Market for Payment Cards in CR, Trends, Possibilities, Limits
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je analýza platebních karet v ČR, jejich výhody a nevýhody se zaměřením na budoucí vývoj. Přínosy novely zákona o platebním styku č.284/ 2009 Sb. ve znění pozdější novely dle zákona č. 139/2011 Sb. a dále konkrétní změny, které s sebou zákon přinesl. Problematika mezinárodních plateb v Eurech SEPA zaměřená na nedostatky a překážky ve zcela integrovaném platebním trhu EU.
Abstract:
The diploma project's target is an analysis of payment cards, their advantages and disadvantages focused on the future development. Contribution of the amendment of the payment act nr. 284/2009 Coll. as adapted to the later amendment by the act nr. 139/2011 Coll. and concrete changes brought by this Act.
