Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá tresty dospělých a mladistvých pachatelů. V úvodu je popsán pojem a účel trestu, třídění trestů a systém trestů. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány zásadám pro ukládání trestů, ochranných opatření a jednotlivých druhům trestů a ochranných opatření.
Abstract:
This graduation thesis deals with penalties for adult and juvenile offenders. The introduction explains the concept and purpose of punishment, sorting penalties and penalty system. Other chapters are devoted to the principles of sentencing, protective measures and various kinds of punishments and protective measures.
