Kriminalita a netolismus školní mládeže

Abstract:

Jeden z nejčastějších projevů kriminality školní mládeže je šikana, v době rozmachu informač-ních a komunikačních technologií je na vzestupu šikana kybernetická, tedy kyberšikana. Důvod je velice prostý, valná většina mladých lidí ve školním věku tráví více času ve virtuálním prostoru, s tímto se pojí další problémy např. nelátkové závislosti – netolismus. Tato práce se věnuje právě problematice šikany, kyberšikany a netolismu. Teoretická část se věnuje shrnutí dosavadních poznatků v odborné literatuře. V praktické (empirické) části bude pomocí anonymního dotazníku s pedagogickými pracovníky pražských škol zjištěno, jak často situace mezi a s žáky řeší, zdali jsou na tuto problematiku připraveni, jakým způsobem jsou v této problematice vzdělá-váni. Jak často a jakým způsobem spolupracují s Policií České republiky. Cílem této práce je navrhnout doporučení pro komunikaci, spolupráci a postupy při řešení otázky kriminality školní mládeže.

Abstract:

Bullying is one of the most common manifestations of crime among school youth, and cyberbullying is on the rise in the age of information and communication technologies. The reason for this is very simple, the vast majority of young people of school age spend more time in virtual space, that comes with other problems such as non-substance addiction - netolism. This paper focuses on the issues of bullying, cyberbullying and netolism. The theoretical part is devoted to a summary of the existing knowledge in the literature. In the practical (empirical) part, an anonymous questionnaire will be used with pedagogical staff of Prague´s schools to find out how often they deal with situations between and with pupils, whether they are prepared for this issue, and how they are educated on this issue. How often and in what way do they cooperate with the Police of the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to propose recommendations for communication, cooperation and procedures for dealing with the issue of school youth crime.
