Má bakalářská práce se zabývá aktivizací dospělých klientů s mentálním postižením v ústavní péči a psychologickými předpoklady zaměstnanců provádějících aktivizaci. Aktivizace úzce souvisí s možným porušováním práv klientů a hrozícím střetem zájmů mezi pracovní povinností zaměstnance a právem klienta. My bachelor`s degree work is about motivation of adult clients with mental damage in permanent care of our medical institute and psychological conditions of our stuff employees working with them in terms of motivation.
