The quality of well water in the Pardubice region, with a focus on Aeromonas genus
Abstract:
Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na stanovování kvality pitné vody ve 23ti vzorcích studničních vod a 7 vzorcích studánek. Mikrobiologický rozbor byl řízen dle vyhlášky 252/2004 Sb. a se zaměřením na bakterie rodu Aeromonas. Kromě techniky membránových filtrů byly využity i alternativní metody. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on determination of water samples from 23 wells and 7 springs. Mikrobiological analysis conducted regulaction 252/2004 Sb. about bacteria of genus Aeromonas. It was used alternative methods too. Alternative method for analysis of Escherichia coli and coliforms is Colilert-18/Quanti-Tray.
