Práce se zabývá postojem žen na rodičovské dovolené k vlastní zaměstnatelnosti v souvislosti s návratem na trh práce ve Zlínském kraji. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy rodičovská dovolená, návrat na trh práce, situace žen na trhu práce ve Zlínském kraji, zaměstnatelnost a postoj.
