Creation of motivation system for employees of the chosen company
Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor thesis „Creation of motivation system for employees of the chosen company“ is an analysis of motivation system in a specific company based on the study of internal materials and questionnaire survey among the employees. The conclusion is a proposal for its new structure with a view to more efficient use of motivational tools in the given company.
Abstract:
Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Vytvorenie motivačného systému pre zamestnancov vybraného podniku“ je analýza motivačného systému konkrétneho podniku na základe štúdia interných materiálov a dotazníkového šetrenia medzi zamestnancami. Záverom je predložený návrh jeho novej štruktúry s ohľadom na efektívnejšie využitie motivačných nástrojov v danom podniku.
