Recruitement, orientation and adaptation of new employees

Abstract:

Thesis deals with a subject in human resources management. The main problems included are the recruitement, orientation and adaptation of new employees in the middle-sized companies in Czech Republic.The recruitement of new employees requires a good job description, establishment of external sources of recruitement and definition of recruiting methods. Selection and a decisive choice of a new employe have a long-term impact on a company. Adaptation of a new employe represents his integration into the company. It is based on the temporary and schematic division of all activities. Adaptation plans, interviews, complementary training or rotation of work represent the efficient instruments of adaptation. This dissertation contents analysis in the given company in the Olomouc region. The analysis presents the problematic into the real situation of the middle-sized company. The variables of macroeconomic environement have a significant influence on the human resources management in many aspects. The aim of this analysis was to realize a concrete research, examine the processes and define the strengths and weaknesses of the company. In the result, the analysis proposed some recommendations which could be applied in the future projects or innovations for the company. The third part of the thesis makes possible to evaluate theoretic knowledge and professional experiences

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma "Získávání, orientace a adaptace nových pracovníků`` se zabývá oblastí řízení lidských zdrojů. Problematika diplomové práce se orientuje na společnosti na území České republiky (cca. 500 zaměstnanců). Cílem této práce je studovat všechny procesy v rámci procesu získávání, orientace a adaptace nových pracovníků. V úvodu se práce zaměřuje na teoretické pochopení všech důležitých činností a pojmů - problematika náborů nových pracovníků, externí a interní zdroje náboru, metody a formy získávání nových pracovníků, interview jako specifický nástroj výběrového řízení, analýza životopisu. Dalším důležitým prvkem je adaptace a orientace nových pracovníků, sestavení adaptačního plánu a hodnocení pracovníků v rámci adaptace. Důležitou součásti diplomové práce je také interní analýza vybrané společnosti v olomouckém kraji. Tato část je praktickým přínosem celé problematiky. Cílem tohoto projektu bylo stanovit současný stav a zjistit zda vybraná společnost prokazuje výsledky v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. Analýza studuje a popisuje konkrétní průběh řízení lidských zdrojů v oblasti náboru a adaptace nových pracovníků. Závěr diplomové práce vyhodnocuje silné a slabé stránky analyzované společnosti a navrhnutá doporučení. Doporučení se týkají především problematiky náboru a zpětné vazby se zaměstnanci
