Proposal to improve the financial situation in the PSP Engineering a.s.
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na zpracování návrhů na zlepšení finanční situace vybraného podniku na základě metod finanční analýzy, pomocí výpočtu konkrétních finančních ukazatelů. Výsledky těchto ukazatelů jsou podkladem pro identifikaci klíčových nedostatků. Popsané návrhy na jejich řešení prokazatelně povedou k celkovému zlepšení finanční situace podniku.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the development of proposals to improve the financial situation of the enterprise based on selected methods of financial analysis, by calculating the specific financial ratios. The results of these indicators are the basis for identifying key weaknesses. Described proposals to address them clearly result in an overall improvement in their financial situation.
