Possibilities of financing the investment project of the company ABC, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Židlická A., Možnosti financování investičního projektu společnosti ABC, s.r.o. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Práce se zabývá možnostmi financování investičního projektu společnosti ABC, s.r.o. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na praktickou a teoretickou. Teoretická část se věnuje jak klasifikaci investic a jejich procesu přípravy, tak také hodnocení efektivnosti těchto investičních projektů. Dále jsou vymezeny zdroje financování a finanční analýza. Ve vlastní práci je daná společnost popsána a také představen investiční projekt. Dále je provedena finanční analýza za účelem zjištění finanční pozice společnosti. Nezbytným krokem k hodnocení efektivnosti investice je stanovení kapitálových toků a diskontní sazby. K jednotlivým variantám financování jsou vymezeny dopady na společnost. V závěru práce jsou jednotlivé výsledky shrnuty a doporučeno využití nejvhodnější varianty.

Židlická A., Possibilities of financing the investment project of the company ABC, s.r.o. Thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2021. This thesis is about possibilities of financing the investment project of the company ABC, s.r.o. There are two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with both the classification of investments and their preparation process, as well as the evaluation of the effectiveness of these investment projects. There are also defined sources of financing and financial analysis. The theoretical one described the company and investment project too. Furthermore, a financial analysis is performed in order to determine the financial position of the company. A necessary step in evaluating the effectiveness of investment is to determine cash flows and the discount rate. For individual financing options are defined impacts on company. At the end of the work, the individual results are summarized, and the use of the most suitable variant is recommended.
