Tato diplomová práce je sumarizací aktuálních podmínek ovlivňujících získání zbrojní licence a zbrojního průkazu. V teoretické části je uvedeno základní rozdělení zbraní, dále práce pojednává o právní úpravě diskutované oblasti. This diploma thesis is a summarization of the actual conditions affecting the acquisition of firearms licence and gun licence. In the theoretical part are the basic distribution of weapons following the legislation of this area. The following chapter summarizes the aspects of obtaining an firearms license and gun license.
