Diplomová práce analyzuje procesněprávní aspekty nepříčetnosti a sankcionování nepříčetných osob, přičemž se zaměřuje na několik díl-čích problémů. Mezi ně patří zajištění osoby, u níž byla zjištěna v trestním řízení nepříčetnost, a to do doby rozhodnutí o ochranném opatření, dále pak znalecké zkoumání nepříčetnosti a efektivita výkonu ochranných opatření směřujících proti nepříčetné osobě. Abstract:
The thesis analyses the procedural aspects of insanity and the sanc-tioning of insane persons, focusing on several sub-issues. These in-clude the detention of a person found to be insane in criminal pro-ceedings, pending a decision on a protective measure, the expert ex-amination of insanity and the effectiveness of protective measures against an insane person.
