Abstract:
Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si zvolila téma "Institut svědka v době osvícenského absolutismu". Tuto závěrečnou práci jsem zaměřila zejména na problematiku osoby svědka jako důkazního prostředku mezi léty 1707 - 1852. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol a některé do podkapitol. For my bachelor thesis I have chosen the theme "The Institute Of The Witness In The Enlightened Absolutism Period". The bachelor thesis is particularly focused on the issue of those witnesses as evidence in the years from 1707 to 1852. The thesis is divided into four main chapters and some of them to the sections.
