Abstract:

Práce se zabývá tématem osobnosti manažera, který působí v oblasti pohostinství. Obsahem práce je analýza úlohy manažera v malé organizaci, probíhající procesy a fungování malé organizace, která svůj předmět činnosti orientuje do pohostinství. Cílem práce je pak deskripce osobnosti manažera, který vede tento typ organizace.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the theme of the personality of a manager who operates in the field of hospitanty industry. The content of the thesis is the analysis of the role of a Manager in a small organization, ongoing processes, and the operation of a small organisation that its business activities into orientated hospitanty industry. The aim of the work is a description of the personality of the manager who leeds this type of organization.
