Talent management in Chinese companies

Anotace:

With the rapid growth of China's economy and the globalization of Chinese enterprises, enterprises face fierce competition. Effective human resource management has become critical to organizational success. This thesis first explains the theoretical basis of human resource management and talent management. Then, the current status of talent management in China, Japan, and the United States is introduced, aiming to provide a global perspective and background for understanding the specific challenges and opportunities Chinese campanies face. In addition, the talent management methods of representative companies in three countries are compared to extract valuable insights about their talent management methods. Finally, based on the research results, suggestions for improvement of talent management in China are proposed.
