Quality management, its cost and benefits for specific company

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Řízení kvality, jeho náklady a přínosy pro konkrétní organizaci“ je problematika vynaložených nákladů na zavedení a udržování systému řízení kvality v organizaci. Teoretická část práce pojednává o managementu kvality, jeho historii a vývoji, zavádění požadavků norem řady ISO ve firmách, popisuje přínosy a zmiňuje nedostatky při implementaci QMS ve firmách. Práce dále zmiňuje i některé metody sledování nákladů na kvalitu. V praktické části mé práce bude použita SWOT analýza spolu se zaměstnaneckou anketou pro zjištění přínosů zavedení QMS ve společnosti Kancelářské stroje s.r.o. a současně bude vyčíslen souhrn vynaložených nákladů. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení stanovených hypotéz, identifikace nákladů vynaložených na zavedení a udržování systému řízení kvality a přínosů zavedeného systému, a s tím související návrh řešení případně zjištěných nedostatků. V závěrečné části práce jsou shrnuty veškeré náklady na zavedení a předpokládané náklady na udržování QMS, přínosy mých zjištění pro firmu a zhodnocení cílů práce.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis "Quality management, the costs and benefits for a specific company" is the issue of cost of implementing and maintaining a quality management system in the organization. The theoretical part gives explanation of quality management, its history and its development, the implementation of the requirements of ISO standards in the companies, describes the advantages and shortcomings in the implementation of QMS. The Bachelor thesis also mentions some methods of monitoring quality costs. In the practical part of my thesis will be used SWOT analysis and a survey to determine the benefits of the introduction of the QMS in Kancelarske stroje, Ltd. company and will be quantified summary of the costs incurred. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to identify the costs related to the quality management system, assessment of the effectiveness and benefits of the introduction of the system, and the related proposal identification and resolution of any deficiencies, and evaluating the hyphotesis. The final part summarizes the achieved implementation costs and expected costs of maintaining the QMS, monitoring their benefits for the company and evaluation of Bachelor thesis.
