Redistribution function of the public budgets
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce slouží pro objasnění teorie Redistribuční funkce veřejných rozpočtu a její aplikace v praxi. První část práce se věnuje redistribuční fiskální funkci, jejímu zajištění, spravedlnosti a efektivnosti. Druhá část práce se zabývá přerozdělováním na úrovni centrální, krajské a municipální.
Abstract:
This bachelor work serves to clarify of theory Redistribution function of the public budgets and its application in praxis. First part pursues redistribution fiscal function, its ensure, equity and efficiency. Second part deals with redistribution on central level, regions level and municipal level.
