The aim of the submitted diploma thesis is econometric modeling and predicting development of mortgage market in the Czech Republic according to factors which may have an impact on it. Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je ekonometrické modelování a predikování vývoje hypotečního trhu v České republice vzhledem k faktorům, které by ho mohly ovlivňovat.
