Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá motivačním systémem v kapitálové společnosti. Cílem práce je pomocí výzkumu zanalyzovat současný stav spokojenosti zaměstnanců a na tomto základě navrhnout doporoučení k vylepšení podnikového systému odměňování zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the motivational system in the capital company. The final target is to use research to analyze the current state of employee satisfaction and on this result enterprise system to improve the remuneration of employees.
