Projekt financování technologického rozvoje firmy z fondů EU

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje proces tvorby projektu čerpání dotace z evropských strukturálních fondů a Fondu soudržnosti. Tyto prostředky pomáhají vytvářet lepší situaci na regionálním trhu podporou rozvoje inovací a zvyšováním konkurenceschopnosti malých a středních podniků. Teoretická část práce popisuje potřeby, které je třeba dosáhnout pro úspěšné uplatnění jakéhokoliv projektu, a jaké konkrétní kroky je třeba se vyhnout, aby bylo možné získat dotaci. Příkladem úspěšně provedené práce je studie rozvoje výroby detekčních testů na drogy. Tento inovační projekt je výsledkem spolupráce s Vysokou školou chemie a technologie v Praze a Akademií věd České republiky a vlastním vývojovým oddělením firmy. Tento předmět byl také zvolen kvůli nedostatku výrobců na českém trhu, takže perspektiva úspěšné výroby a dalšího prodeje by byla slibná. V současné době jsou podobné výrobky dováženy výhradně ze zahraničí. Praktická část diplomové práce popisuje konkrétní problémy při plném uplatnění s plným účinkem pro úspěšný výsledek. Také překážky, které mohou vzniknout během tohoto procesu vyplňování žádosti o dotaci. Pozitivní výsledek projektu byl především důslednou přípravou a důkladným vypracováním projektu podle metodiky MIT. Společnost s pomocí dotací EU plánuje koupit novou technologii pro rozšíření svého výrobního portfolia s pokračujícím růstem vlastní produkce. Projekt začne v roce 2018. Dalším hodnocením tohoto inovativního projektu je, jaký dopad by měl na firmu z ekonomického hlediska a odbytu. Protože dalším důležitým prvkem tohoto projektu je rozšíření produktového portfolia firmy a vytváření pozice na novém trhu. To pomůže poskytnout více zákazníkům na českém trhu, ale i na evropském trhu.

Abstract:

The bachleor thesis is describing process of creation of project for drawing subsidy from the European Structural and Cohesion Funds. These funds are helping to create better situation on regional market by promoting development of innovation and boosting competitiveness of small and medium enterprises. Theoretical part of thesis describes neccessities that has to be achieved for successfull application of any project and what particular steps should be avoided in order to recive intended subsidy. As an example of successfully executed work is a study for development of production of detection tests for drugs. This innovative project is the result of cooperation with the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague and the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and firm’s own development department. This subject matter was also chosen due to lack of producers on Czech market so the eventual perspective of successfull production and further sales would be promising. At present, similar products are exclusively imported from abroad. Practical part of thesis is describing particular issues of fullfilling application to full effect for successful outcome. Also what obstacles can come up during this process of filling in the application for subsidy. The positive outcome of the project was due primarily to careful preparation and thoroughly elaborated project according to the MIT methodology. The company, with the help of EU subsidies, plans to buy new technology to expand its production portfolio with continued growth in its own production. The project will start in 2018. Another evaluation of this innovative project is what impact it would have on a firm in economic terms and sales. Because next important element of this project is broadening firm’s product portfolio and creation of position on new market. This will help to provide more customers on Czech market but on European market as well.
