The importance of the system of EIA for the needs of spatial planning.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce skládá ze tří částí. V první části je vysvětlena problematika EIA a jsou zde uvedeny základní statistiky z let 2003-2007 s ohledem na změny v legislativě v letech 2006 (163/2006) a 2007 (216/2007). V uvedených statistikách je vyčíslen např. celkový počet posuzovaných projektů za jednotlivé roky, počty posuzovaných projektů na MŽP či krajském úřadě. Dále jsou vyčísleny posuzované projekty …more
Abstract:
The diploma thesis consists of three parts. In the first part the problematics of the EIA process is explained and basic data and statitistics for the years 2003 to 2007 is mentioned with respect to the legislative changes in 2006 and 2007.
