This thesis describes the enterprise application for electronic signing of documents developed for two Czech insurance companies. The application provides two forms of electronic signature – digital and biometric. The thesis discusses both technical and legislative aspects of both forms. Táto práca popisuje podnikovú aplikáciu pre elektronické podpisovanie dokumentov vyvinutú pre dve české poisťovne. Aplikácia poskytuje dve formy elektronického podpisu – digitálny a biometrický. Práca rozoberá technickú aj legislatívnu stránku oboch foriem.
