Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je identifikace možných rozdílností ve výsledcích vybraných strategií založených na metodách technické analýzy v závislosti na využitém softwaru a datech. Teoretická část práce představuje technickou analýzu, současné možnosti backtestingu a možná zkreslení výsledků v rámci testování automatických obchodních systémů na historických datech. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu výsledků backtestingu identických automatizovaných obchodních strategií v různých platformách, a to na původních datech zvolených platforem a datech standardizovaných. Rozdílnosti v dosažených výsledcích jsou interpretovány ve vztahu ke standardizaci zdrojových dat, a také k odlišným postupům automatizovaných rozhodnutí platforem.

Abstract:

The thesis aims to identify possible differences in the results of selected strategies based on methods of technical analysis depending on the software and data used. The theoretical part presents technical analysis, current possibilities of backtesting and possible results differences within the testing of automated trading systems on historical data. The practical part focuses on the analysis of backtesting results of identical automated strategies on different platforms on the original data of selected platforms and standardized data. Differences in the achieved results are interpreted in relation to data standardization as well as different procedures during automated platform decisions.
