Tato bakalářská práce pojednat o právním režimu restituce církevního majetku. Cílem práce je seznámení se s platnou právní úpravou a její rozbor. This bachelor thesis deals with the legal regime of restitution of ecclesiastic prop-erty. The aim of this thesis is an introduction of the legislation and its analysis.
