Geography of alternative food networks focused on agricultural food production and distribution on the example of the Ústí Region
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce charakterizuje zemědělskou produkci a distribuci na straně producentů v Ústeckém kraji. Dále se snaží zachytit jednotlivé způsoby distribuce potravin, pojednává o uspokojení poptávky na straně spotřebitelů a analyzuje typy farem (živočišná, rostlinná, kombinovaná). V rámci praktického šetření byl proveden také terénní výzkum, který spočíval v exkurzi vybraných farem.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis characterizes agricultural production and distribution on the part of producers in the Ústí region. It also seeks to capture the different ways of distributing food, discusses meeting consumer demand and analysing farm types (animal, plant, combined). As part of the practical investigation, field research was also carried out, which consisted of an excursion of selected farms.
