Bakalářská práce se zabývá oceněním pozemku. Práce je rozdělěna na dvě hlavní části. Teoretická část obsahuje historii oceňování, právní úpravu, obecné informace s důležitými pojmy vztahujícími se k oceňování pozemku. Vysvětluje rozdíl mezi administrativním a tržním oceňováním.
