Tato disertační práce se zabývá přípravou a charakterizací tenkých vrstev chalkogenidových skel As30S70, As30S45Se25, Ge25S75 a Ge20Sb5S75 deponovaných z jejich roztoků metodou spin-coating. Byl studován vliv temperace a expozice elektromagnetickým zářením na jejich optické vlastnosti, strukturu a chemickou odolnost. This dissertation thesis is focused on preparation and characterization of As30S70, As30S45Se25, Ge25S75 a Ge20Sb5S75 thin films deposited from their solutions by spin-coating technique. The influence of thermal stabilization and electro-magnetic beam exposure on their optical properties, structure and chemical resistance were studied.
