Abstract:
Diplomová práce "Efektivní komunikace se zákazníky/klienty" je zaměřena na komunikaci v neziskové sféře. Uvádí stručný popis všeobecné komunikace a systému CRM, Customer Relationship Management (Řízení vztahů se zákazníky). Obsahuje návrh opatření ke zlepšení komunikace s minimálními náklady v informačních institucích, zde uveden jako konkrétní příklad archiv.
Abstract:
Thesis "Effective communication with customers/clients" is oriented on communication in non-profit organizations. The brief description of general communication in the CRM (customer relationship management) system is presented.
