Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku agresivity klientů v azylových domech pro rodiny s dětmi. Teoretická část práce se věnuje základním pojmům, které definují agresivní chování, dále se zaměřuje na jednání s agresivními klienty a poslání služby azylového domu pro rodiny s dětmi.
