Abstract:

Cílem této závěrečné práce je analýza individuálních kariérových plánů studentů oboru sociální práce. Závěrečná práce se skládá ze dvou části, z části teoretické a z části praktické. Úvod teoretické části popisuje činnost sociální práce, rozsah a formy sociálních služeb, náročnost zaměstnání sociálních pracovníků až po kariérní a profesní přípravu, která je dána zákonem, ale i osobními vlastnostmi každého dobrého sociálního pracovníka. Další část se zabývá pojetím kariéry, utváření osobního rozvoje. Největší pozornost v této práci je věnovávána kariérovým typům dle typologie Davida C. McClellanda, Johna Hollanda, Edgara H. Scheina a osobnímu potenciálu, který je součástí osobnosti a tím i tvorby kariéry. Rovněž se tato práce zamýšlí nad důležitostí kariérového poradenství a s ním spjatým poradenským procesem. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky testů individuálních kariérových plánů na základě využití vztahové analýzy prostřednictvím matematické závislosti ze získaných dat. Zde hodnotí studenti vlastní kariérové potřeby, kariérové kotvy a typy osobnosti. Podle grafu osobního potenciálu a grafu současné či budoucí profese porovnávají vlastní potenciál na dané zaměření. Racionální posouzení místa utváří závěrečné zamyšlení studentů nad osobní kariérou.

Abstract:

The aim of this Final thesis is to analyze the career plans of individual students of social work. The Final thesis consists of two parts,the theorethical part and the practical part. The introduction of the theorethical part describes the social work activity, the amount and forms of social services, employment demands of social workers to career and vocational training which is specified in law, but also the personal qualities of any good social worker. The following section discusses the concept of career, shaping personal development. The main attention in this work is given to career types typology of Davida C. McClelland, John Holland and Edgara H. Schein as well as personal potential,which is a part of the personality and thereby giving one towards career. This work also examines the importance of career counseling and its affiliated consulting process. The practical part presents the results of tests of individual career plans based on the ratio analysis of the mathematical relation from the obtained data. Here students assess their own career needs, career anchors and types of personality. According to the chart of personal potential and graph of current or future profession, compare their own potential of such a focus. Rational assessment of the site constitutes the final reflection of students´ personal career.
