Abstract:
Ve ve své práci výslech obviněného se zabývám konstrukcí výslechu a jaké práva a povinnosti tímto nastávají obviněnému v jednotlivých stádii výslechu. Dále v této práci je vpomentuta úloha advokáta. Okrajově se zabívám konfrotací, rekognicí,výslech mladistvého ve vztahu k výslechu obviněho.
Abstract:
In in her work hearing of accused with behind-go construction questioning and what discretions and duties herewith spring imputation in single stage questioning. Further in those work is remember exercise lawyer. Marginally with white out face of, again-knowledge,questioning boyish concerning questioning charged with.
