Domestic violence

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku domácího násilí. Je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická má celkem pět kapitol, přičemž první se zaměřuje na popis základních pojmů domácího násilí a na právní úpravu, druhá kapitola řeší oblast fenomenologie domácího násilí. Ve třetí kapitole je pozornost zaměřena na etiologii domácího násilí se zaměřením na modely vysvětlující domácí násilí. Poslední dvě kapitoly teoretické částí jsou věnovány charakteristice obětí a pachatelů domácího násilí. Praktická část byla realizována empirickým výzkumem formou dvou případových studií. Součástí práce je doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of domestic violence. It is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical one has a total of five chapters, while the first focuses on the description of the basic concepts of domestic violence and legislation, the second chapter addresses the area of phenomenology of domestic violence. In the third chapter, attention is focused on the etiology of domestic violence with a focus on models explaining domestic violence. The last two chapters of the theoretical part are devoted to the characteristics of victims and perpetrators of domestic violence. The practical part was realized by empirical research in the form of two case studies. Part of the work is a recommendation for practice.
