Práce je zaměřena na komunikaci a typologii člověka s ohledem na týmovou spolupráci. V první části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy komunikace a typologie osobnosti. Práce se zabývá typologií Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), která slouží k určení osobnostního typu člověka. V analytické části je metoda aplikovaná na konkrétní pracovní tým a jeho členy. Dissertation is focused on communication and human typology with regard to teamwork. The first part describes the basic terms of communication and personality typologies. Dissertation deals with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which is used to determine personality preferences. In the analytical section the method is applied to a specific team and its members.
