Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o preimplantační genetické diagnostice (PGD), která umožňuje narození zdravých dětí párům se známým monogenně podmíněným onemocněním a párům, kdy je jeden z rodičů nositelem chromozomové aberace. This bachelor`s thesis is about the preimplantation genetic diagnostics (PGD) which enables couples with monogenic diseases and couples where one parent is the carrier of chromosomal aberrations to have healthy children.
